Over my life, I have encountered many teachers and mentors that has been tremendously helpful in my journey.

And then there are teachers in form of experiences, books, articles, videos and unknown people that I've stumbled upon, in trains, in busses, in temples and even in dreams.

Everything and everybody has taught me something significant that I can put in action very next second.

So here are some of my life's best lessons I've learnt throughout my journey.

I like to keep them short and precise, so that it can be memorised and applied instantaneously.

I call them Jeevan Sutras (Life Advices).

Say ‘I don’t know’ when you don’t know.

Choose right colour.
Don't overdo it.
You don’t know what you don’t know.
Work on the biggest problems you can find.
If you don’t like something about yourself, change it.
Don’t be a victim.
Set up your priority list.
Less is more.
You don’t always have to say yes.
Stop complaining, start fixing .
Devils are in the details.
Always solve the hard problems. Ignore the small while doing that.
Advice is mostly people talking to past versions of themselves.
So much is dependent on your reputation, guard it with your life.
Do not seek attention, seek respect.
If it still needs motivation, ask more whys.
Good intention is not good enough.
Attention is the currency, don't waste it.
Magic trick to learn more, Speak less.
Stop getting overwhelmed with good things, and you'll easily be able to survive bad things.
Be careful what you wish for.
Don’t bring problems, bring solutions.
Stay calm.
When in doubt, bake a cake and share it with someone.
Never go back to the same job or company.
Don’t worry about what everyone thinks, just the people you respect.
Create peace in your family.
Everyone you will ever meet knows something you don’t.
Admit when you’re wrong.
Don't give advices, If they're not asking.
Be passionately dispassionate.
Always have a side project.
Trust people, just not blindly.
Become the world’s foremost expert on yourself.
Always start at the beginning.
